The CIA probably said they had a revolution all setup and ready to go.

Why anyone trusts them on that shit I'll never know.

My theory and I've said this for months, is I think they had a plan to try to destabilize the IRGC and they literally tried to break Mahmoud ahmadinajad out of house arrest by bombing his front door, with the hope that they could negotiate with him and he could assume control of the country and also be "moderate" to deal with.

I literally think this was their plan.

Ahmadinajad hasn't been seen in months, he's in hiding and there was no contingency.

Remember we are the odd way of rule, the rest is old world.
President Trump isn't a politician and was used by both parties previously, yet recalls what is going on, and worldwide. I could be wrong but it appears he is doing as good as any other pres. better than most. At least he is having fun exposing the joke everything has become, while trying to fix it.
Perhaps he never caught on to just how crazy islame truly is. Or how dumb humans can be.
Perhaps thought sane people would bend by now rather than die for a cult.

I think the IRGC cracked down much harder than they thought in the early stages.

They basically executed anyone who even might be an organizer.

I think that's what ruined the plan.

Not sure where to put this story, it doesn't fit neat and tidy but I also didn't want to make a new thread.

It looks like a frigging shahead drone was just found floating in the Gulf offshore from Pensacola by a charter fishing boat.

Wtf??!!?

This is very alarming and might indicate we are about to be sneak attacked by drones.

That, would not work out the way they hope.

If you think attacking our boats pisses us off, killing civilians in an American city is going to bring out the bloodlust.

Looks like this is one of ours out of Eglin Airforce Base.

This drone is some sort of MQM-172 Arrowhead or Outlaw by Griffon (a delta wing Shahed surrogate / target / strike 136 look alike) unmanned aerial target drone variation routinely deployed by the US military over testing ranges in the Gulf of Mexico for weapons evaluation, radar tracking calibration, and combat training exercises.

It's a $120,000 reusable drone (as opposed to the cheap ass 20k Shahed foreign one way attack varients), some drone jockey screwed up because the military should have recovered an intact $120k drone before the Skipper and Gilligan got to it.

The story fits here because it looks like we are focusing on Iraian type drones for training exercises in the Gulf.

IMHO one way attack variants shouldn't be called drones.

They're just cruise missiles.

It's only a drone if it replaces a role that would take a manned aircraft (and not a kamakazi).

What do you guys think, is Trump going to nuke Iran?

Curious if that's what he is referring to when he's openly discussing a big decision to make.

It might line up with events.... Just throwing it out there.

No, no reason to use a nuke, and about a million reasons not to.

Boots on the ground would be a massive change up.

Actively attacking the Houthis to defend Saudi maybe.

Bunch of other possible "big moves", but not nukes.

We might use a "sort of nuke" but I doubt it or it would have already been deployed.

We call the new light B61-13 a gravity bunker buster ... even though it has a 360 kiloton detonation of ground earth coupling after penetration (we built these and put them in inventory as a deterrent to China and any power thinking reinforced bunkers are a safe haven but did not have an intention of deploying these as a conventional device).

We sped up B61-13 production, completed production ahead of schedule and these have recently been placed in the ready to go inventory. Iran has no safe haven if the US uses these.

We refer to this as a bunker buster even though it is not conventional and it is only deployed at the order of the Commander in Chief.

The B61-13 would should not have widespresd fallout since 1) it is primarily a nuclear fusion device (with one primary fission trigger) which generates less contamination, 2) there would be scaled depth of burial (it is a bunker buster placed deep enough to contain the explosive yield and pack the entry shaft) and 3) Pickaxe Mountain will have some geological screening.

Although it would likely be a contained seismic event and sinkhole with loss of life limited to the blast circumference, the use of a "thermonuclear device" by the United States sould not be employed cavalierly and would piss many off who would portray this device as a nuclear weapon which most claim it is not.

For political reasons no nuke will be used, even if it is exactly what the tactical situation calls for.

There is a major difference between any weapon that splits the atom and anything else.

No matter what size or how clean.

We have had nukes *smaller* than a GBU-57. But using one, even in a zero escaped radiation situation would be a fundamental qualitative difference.

Which of those things do you think aren't true ?

They also have to ability to enrich uranium anymore.

But they *do* still have enough 60% uranium to make several nukes if they rebuild some of their enrichment ability.

And it's buried under a mountain, so a quick snatch and grab would not be practical.

THIS is the main concern that is often misunderstood and mis represented.

Again I ask, why would an Iranian tanker leave Venezuela? Oil? Nope. What else did Venezuela have. There was a real effort going on.

That mountain hasn't been hit because they want to get the uranium out of Iran, not just bury it.

That's a lot more difficult if you drop the mountain on top of it.

So is that going to be their justification for boots on the ground? Lol

Right there at Pensacola is Eglin AFB and multiple Military installations...the one area of the Country represented by all except maybe Space Force that's represented. (Pentagon doesn't count)

Good News – Diesel and Gasoline Prices Set to Collapse in Roughly 60-Days

Take heart, we only need to wait approximately 60-days until we see a major price decline in diesel and gasoline prices in the USA. Once the midterm election is over, prices will begin their retreat with the finished collapse mid-January.
The non-pretending reality exists within a generally non-western perspective that current “market prices” are not driven by oil supplies, refining capacity or the other various justifications used by the speculators, traders and various regional spot-market control systems. The prices are being controlled in order to influence political outcomes.
Once those political influence operations are concluded, the stakeholders in the market price approach will moderate their justifications accordingly, and prices will plummet. Sound nuts? Well, let me explain who agrees.

Right now, Russia is overproducing diesel fuel, and shipping it out of the country to allies. Yet diesel prices in the west are determined by commodity traders, and the pricing mechanism is disconnected from the supply. {SEE HERE}
This is why Secretary Bessent essentially said yesterday, he was “evaluating” calls for a U.S. export ban on diesel. Bessent knows it makes no sense to halt U.S. exports of diesel fuel, because (a) the US has no ability to store it, and (b) if we produce more than we can store, that doesn’t lower the USA price.
Our US diesel supply doesn’t lower the US diesel price because the price is set by market traders, by the western financial markets, not by production or supply. There is a disconnect. It’s the same reason why Oranges grown in Florida cost the same as Oranges shipped into Minnesota. Local supply does not determine local price; the rigged commodity market does.
The USA could be swimming in diesel fuel and yet the price at the pump remains $6/gal.
The price of USA gasoline and diesel will drop as soon as the event behind the price control is concluded.
That event is the USA midterm election.

Export ban does not apply: Russia boosts diesel shipments to key market 2.5-fold

The Central Asian market, which is not subject to Russian export restrictions because most countries in the region have bilateral agreements with Russia on petroleum product supplies, has become a convenient destination for Russian producers seeking to absorb a growing diesel surplus, the report said.
Russia increased diesel supplies to Mongolia by 73.4% in August from July to 215,000 metric tons, while shipments to Kyrgyzstan surged 16.4 times to 72,000 tons and deliveries to Tajikistan rose 3.5 times to 56,000 tons. Russia also exported 28,000 tons of diesel to Kazakhstan after making no deliveries there in July.
