The CIA probably said they had a revolution all setup and ready to go.

Why anyone trusts them on that shit I'll never know.

My theory and I've said this for months, is I think they had a plan to try to destabilize the IRGC and they literally tried to break Mahmoud ahmadinajad out of house arrest by bombing his front door, with the hope that they could negotiate with him and he could assume control of the country and also be "moderate" to deal with.

I literally think this was their plan.

Ahmadinajad hasn't been seen in months, he's in hiding and there was no contingency.

Remember we are the odd way of rule, the rest is old world.
President Trump isn't a politician and was used by both parties previously, yet recalls what is going on, and worldwide. I could be wrong but it appears he is doing as good as any other pres. better than most. At least he is having fun exposing the joke everything has become, while trying to fix it.
Perhaps he never caught on to just how crazy islame truly is. Or how dumb humans can be.
Perhaps thought sane people would bend by now rather than die for a cult.

I think the IRGC cracked down much harder than they thought in the early stages.

They basically executed anyone who even might be an organizer.

I think that's what ruined the plan.
