Unlikely, unenforceable (protection that is) and impossible. That matters not to those in government in this state. Power is the currency, and people are irrelevant to them. And most are sheep, following the herd.

Not taking a defeatist attitude or stance in any way as we doing know what we don't know, but I'd be hard pressed to believe Hochul and her crew haven't already got contingency plans in place to deal with what they perceive as a negative outcome for them.
