We'll add more forums as we grow. We've talked about splitting a couple up. For example, it makes sense to pull pistol permits out of the Pistol forum, and maybe just make it a "license" forum where people can ask questions about NYC shotgun/rifle permits as well. A long range precision forum...
It's a natural right (stemming from self defense) and isn't granted by the government, right? We would have the right whether we had our government or not. If you believe that, then everyone should have those rights, no matter where they are born and where they are currently living. The people...
So, gun owners are to blame because some idiot felon was released and shot a few people? That's not the way the world works. The people to blame are
A) the shooter
B) the justice system
I guess you could include the shooter's parents/role models growing up, but that stems farther back than...

Assuming that he didn't turn on his lights before he turned around, It doesn't matter how he determined it, does it? He turned around and observed that the car was non-compliant and then made the stop. There's nothing wrong with them investigating when they suspect something may be illegal...
If it blocks any part of the normal light, I'd pass. While it may look pretty cool, it looks like it blocks some of the light as well. If you get rear-ended, the other driver has a decent excuse that he couldn't see you as well as he was supposed to. It's more of a CYA type of thing.
