It is nuclear for sure but it didnt break 1500 when my buddy measured it. I think the books use a 12 inch barrel or longer tho. This load rattles my brain, really!
I wish the range would allow video, it makes the factory magnum loads seem like 38s
I Have the DeSantis Nemisis and the boraii. I do like the boraii due to a lot less pocket bulk, but I need to be more carful drawing it so the pistol comes out of the holster. Its also great on the ankle!
My buddy picked up the APX today and I might get a chance to fire it tomorrow night, if so I will report my opinion for what ever its worth.
If concealment is a consideration keep a close eye on grip length, it makes a big difference when trying to conceal. Some of the pistols you listed...
I have been loading 38s for my 686 and having a lot of fun at the range. I decided to make some magnum loads and got some Winchester 296 powder and 125 grain XTP bullets. I was suppressed to see the loading window is 21-22 grains. So I loaded at 21.5 grains. And holy crap!! The blast and...
The Buffalo gun center has the APX on sale for $469 and you can get the 5 free mags. It felt as good as anything in the hand and the trigger felt very good too. I havent shot one yet but will next week.
M&P 2.0 and vp9 is worth a look I have shoot both and like a lot.
I own Glocks but do...
I do like my 34 very much. The S&W 5 inch is great too but with the loaded chamber indicator on top it would be a challenge to put a dot on it. The 34 mos pistols are available used relatively often and can be a great deal. I do some USPSA with it and would not hesitate to get another. It...
I have a G34 MOS and a friend has the G34, G41, and G40 with dots no ejection problems to date. Shells can bounce off the dot but not really a problem imo.
A friend has one, its cool. The interesting thing about it is the slide is about the width of the 9mm slides. So its very much like a G34 in 45 acp. It doesn't fit in G34 holsters tho.
I have loaded a lot of the Berrys 115 gr and use COL of 1.140. Very little load data for plates bullets, but always seem to end up above the middle of the FMJ loads. I do not load Power Pistol but a friend does with plated 115 grain bullets and he loads 6.0 grains and says 5.8 grains is ok too.
$20 and 20 minutes sounds right. I did Potters county, they have the paperwork on their website. If you permit is over a certain age you need a separate form. I would check out the paperwork requirements before driving down.
If thats the word by those close I would give it the benefit of the bought. I dont think he would use netflix to take a low road. The only problem is that many of his haters would not give it an objective view anyway.
There is a bigger picture here.
What percentage of teachers do you think want to carry a gun every day?
How many know how to use a gun?
What training should teachers need to carry in a school?
Extra pay for and armed teacher?
Expect teacher teachers to run into harms way? Like the trained...
PSA just used this to prop themselves up to make a few extra bucks, no better or different than Dicks doing the same with choosing not to sell the AR rifles. They are all shitbags pretending to care about their customers, they only car about making money.
I dont think the conversation should start with guns in school.
Start by locking the Fing door. Both school mass shootings were done by someone who didnt belong
in the school in the first place.
The plan needs to be built around not allowing these asshats to get onto school grounds more...
I shoot revolver better too. For me I bare down when shooting pistol so many shots are left and low. I shoot pistol ok but if I want to get better I would need to do a lot of dryfire practice. The good shooters I know do dryfire practice often.
It was well documented that he is the biggest liar and all his supporters found a way to excuse or justify his bs.
What supersized me is that people are shocked that he would do something like this.
My Ruger 22/45 was bad out of the box and they were more that nice and offered the free shipping back to fix it. I chose to fix it myself tho.
I just sent a CZ in and no problem. Only thing is it needs to be signed for which I understand but they wont hold it at the office for me to pick...
Not a big deal but finally got a chance to fire a Gen 5 Golck 19. Not having the finger groves was nice but I didnt care for the front cutout on the grip. The trigger did feel a little better, it was very crisp. All in all its a Glock. If I owned a gen 4 I wouldnt dump it buy I would grind...
We all know that you handguns are in the state of VT where they are perfectly legal. And try to stay calm and work thought the problem. The most difficult part will be talking to a person who can actually help. Hopefully you dont need to pay a lawyer. I would start with the county judge and...
hmmm. Interesting I dont even know who you should talk to, maybe the judge. If you can have a conversation with the county judge you likely can get it worked out. If not hopefully he would not jam you up on reapplying.
Should not cost that much, I'll ask a few guys how they did it. If thats the case you can get a new complete frame and keep the old one for a few bucks more. Might be able to sell the old one too. $240 to your ffl https://www.gunbroker.com/item/748279922
It would avoid some screwing around. To the ffl to the clerk back to the ffl and pay the transfer and amendment. Not the end of the world tho. Get it going so the build can start!!!
I dont know poop about rifles but always wondered why all the calibers. At one point I was thinking of getting something higher end and when looking at calibers and got confused. So, I decided I will stick with my cheep 223 varmint rifle at least until I feel it is holding me back. But a RPR...
